Hi guys! Kay here! I just wanted to share with you a little recipe that I saw in a few magazines. It does have nuts though, so I'll post another recipe without nuts soon. Okay. Here's how to make it:
Ingredients: bread, peanut/almond butter, bananas
Step 1: Toast the toast.
Step 2: Spread the peanut or almond butter onto the bread.
Step 3: Slice the banana.
Step 4: Put the slices onto the bread.
Done!
This is supposed to be pretty healthy.
